I just read where it was checked marked. Is that a problem. Does not sending the form just delay our refund a bit more?? I am so frustrated. I expected the refund within the next week or so and now I wont see it until end of April. I've filed taxes for over 30 years and never forgotten to sign them before. |
I guess so; however, as you resubmitted the signed return to the IRS, your refund will be processed. You need to retain a copy of 3531 and resubmit it to the IRS ASAP.there is no penalty in resubmitting 3531 or please contact the IRS to let them know it.
