Tax on non american nationals

Hi,

I am not an American national. I don't have green card either. I only have social security number that I used to pay tax while I was in the USA from 2009 to 2013 as an international student. I did not finish my studies in USA. In fact, I took academic leave to go back to my home country. The academic leave started on Oct. 2013 and will last for a few years. But I have a bank account in USA which is still active and in my use.

Now that I am back in my home country, I want to ask the following:

I am about to start an online business. The business will be available for customers in USA as well. And I will use PayPal to accept payments. These payments will go to my bank account in USA. Now, the question is: Will I be charged any tax by US govt. on this income?

Please let me know!

Thanks
