Medicare and VA Benefits for 2014 Taxes

Good afternoon,

The question that I have is related the health care coverage for the 2014 taxes. With regards to the clients that have been covered all year through either Medicare or VA benefits, where on the tax return do we indicate that so the client doesn't pay a penalty.

Thanking you in anticipation.
