it depends; to be claimed as your dependents, they must have resided in your household for the ENTIRE year, and your GF’s gross income for 2014 cannot be $3.9k or more, and you had to provide more than 50% of the persons’ support and the persons, your gf and her daughter, cannot be claimed on the tax return of anyone else. ALSO her husband shoudn’t claim the child as his dependent. I guess the child’s custodial parent is your gf, so her husband can’t claim the child as his dependent on his return.
