Payment of credit cards as income

I am divorced. I have also been run into the ground financially by my ex and her attorney. I'm quite sure that there is financial support being given to her by her family, as she has spent over $300,000 in attorney's fees, all while maintaining a mortgage, utilities, and cost of living expenses on a salary that is less than $45,000. My question is: If the attorney's fees are being paid via credit card, and the credit card is being paid by a third party, is that money considered income?
I'm reasonably sure that the credit card is listed under my ex's name, and not a joint card with another party.
I know there are gift considerations, but I'm pretty sure the gift consideration is well above the threshold given per year.
