as there is no Reciprocal payroll tax agreements between nc and sd, yes you do. As a part year resident of nc, you need to pay tax to nc only on income that you earned as a nc full year resident from jan1 –nov 2014;however, you need to pay tax on income that you earned after nov 2014 to sd as a part year resident of sd.in this case, you do not need to report income that you earn in nc to sd.The IRS doesn't pay a lot of attention to addresses as long as the name and ID number are correct
