S corp which I have shares in refuses to issue K-1

Hi everyone

A company that I have made a passive investment in has finally made me a bit of money.

However, it has refused to retroactively issue K-1 for all those losing years so I can offset some of this gain.

They officially said the board voted to not issue any more k-1 a few years ago. I did get k-1s the first few years but they stopped coming.

So the question is, can the company do this? Arbitrarily decide not to issue k-1s to shareholders?
