Claiming unemployement for spouse who works in your company

Hi:

In NJ. My wife is the sole employee of my software consulting company. I had a contract with another company that employed her. Now that company has released her due to lack of work. Can she claim unemployment insurance? I got a letter from NJ LWD stating that she will be interviewed for determining eligibility since she is related to the employer (me). Thanks for any help.
