When should I file my Minnesota State Corporation Tax Return?

According to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, the regular due date for filing a Minnesota Corporation Tax Return is the 15th day of the third month after the end of the calendar or fiscal year.

Further, Minnesota Department of Revenue specifically states that "the U.S. postmark date, or date recorded or marked by a designated delivery service, is considered the filing date. When the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, returns postmarked on the next business day are considered on time."
