IRS Error in Amount of Stimulus Payment

The amount I actually received last year is not what the IRS site claims. Because of this, my efiled return was rejected and now I have to file by mail.

1) If I am due the extra money, how can I receive it; if not, then how do I get the IRS to correct their error?

2) Should my return reflect what I actually received, or what they're claiming I received?

I am single, with no dependents; received $300, they claim $600. Thank you.
