Question Dissolve S-corp, profits into personal acct..

I had an S-corp for 3years and had myself on payroll. I no longer need the S-corp and want to close/dissolve it because I've found new work. How will the profits/money be taxed when I transfer it to my personal account? is there a better way to go about this?
Thanks,
Mike
