Tax Rebate Plan by Bush Administration

Back in late 2007 / early 2008, (pre-Obama) we were allowed to claim a tax rebate based on the 2007 tax year in which millions of Americans got rebates from $300/$600 for single to $600/$1200 for joint filers plus $300 per child.

After filing this years tax return (for 2008), I am eligible for an $600 tax rebate because my income had changed.

Like last year, they had a schedule as to what they would cut and mail the tax rebate check and when you could expect to receive it base on your social security number.

My question, is there a tax rebate schedule for this year's tax rebate or is the IRS using the same schedule as last year's or should there be a method of claiming this additional rebate?
