3) For tax research- international, local & state- how do most tax professionals stay upto date with state wise law changes relating to sales/income tax etc. Are there any websites that for a small subscription fee send emails on changes to tax rates etc?

4) For continuing education, etc which is a good website to register for courses that are low cost.
