Question Am I qualified for Obamacare health insurance?

Hi, I recently asked my accountant and my insurance agent, they both gave me different answers about the income requirements for buying Obamacare.
I file a tax return this year with married filing joint status, no dependents. I want to buy Obamacare for 2016, my accountant told me we are qualified for Obamacare as long as our yearly income between $15,730 - $62,920, but my insurance agant told me we have to have income over $22,000 to qualify for Obamacare or else I will not able to buy insurance this year. our income for 2015 is around $18,000, so I am very concern that me and my husband are not qualified for Obamacare this year. Please advise. Thank you so much!

it deepdns on region or plan or etc. Open enrollment starts Nov. 1, 2015, and continues through Jan. 31, 2016.First of all as you k now, in 2015 as your income is so low that you aren?t required to file a tax return, then you're automatically exempt from the penalty. for married couples, the cutoff was $20,600. Even if you do file a return -- to claim a refund, you're exempt from the insurance requirement since your income is below the cutoff of $20,600.
Plz visit the website here and follow the instructions for more accurate answer. https://quotes.healthcare.com/picreel
