1) I am a Temporary Employee on a TN Visa Status. This Visa is specifically for Temporary positions and given for 2 to 3 years. Under this Visa, do I have to declare for foreign income? Do I have to declare my bank accounts and other assets?=====>it depends; unless you pass the SPT and are treated as a US resident for tax purposes, no you do not need to report youth foreign income and interest income in your bank acct in US.
2) Is the situation different for E-2 and H-1B Visa holders and how==.I donot think so basically aslongas you are treated as US resident for tax purposes, then you must report your US source income and world wide income overseas to IRS/your state.
