Line #15 reflects the lowest-cost, single coverage premium offered to you regardless what you were actually enrolled in. The employee portion is for the lowest cost for a single premium. It is not a reflection of what you actually paid. If you had a family health plan, your contribution will be more than the amount shown on your 1095-C.
