I'm Video Games Publisher who works with foreign developers. I do my own bookkeeping and tax preparations.

I'm trying to get my grip on understanding Tax Withhold.

I am looking to invest few thousand dollars into video games developement based in Croatia. All game development will happen in Croatia.

Am i required to withhold 30% of this money (since Croatia doesn't have any tax treaty with the US) for Tax Withhold?

Is there any way around this?
