Submitted W-2 Late!

I use a CPA to submit my W-2/W-3 to SSA every year. I provide the information and he puts it in and sends it off. However, one of his staff inadvertently submitted my information 1 day late to the SSA. How likely am I to be penalized? Or will he be penalized since he was the submitting party? The late submission fee from the IRS is 50.00/form for anything submitting up to 30 days after the deadline. I have never filed late before and it is only one W-2/W-3 so I wonder if the IRS will even bother penalizing me? I am not angry with my CPA and plan to continue using him, just wondering. Thanks.
