We are MO residents and my wife works in KS. Do we have to pay KS tax on both our incomes or just on what she earned in KS. ============>>>since there is no reciprocal tax agreeemnts between MO and KS, your spouse , asa KS nonresident, needs topay tax onher taxable incoem that she ONLY earns in KS to KS and needs to claim the tax(es) that she pays to KS on your joint MO return.I mean your spouse does no tneed to report her income in MO(if she has)
2016 it appears we paid tax based on both of our incomes base on TurboTax transfered information. I looked at the printed forms and it asks for adjusted gross from Federal form. Should this just be my wifes income or both of our incomes. My income is all from Missouri==>>the AGI on your 1040 is both of your incomes. |
