Question Excessive Draws/distributions (capital Gains)

Excess Draws Or Distributions By Shareholders Are Treated As Capital Gains (schedule D) On The Personal Tax Return. Two Part Question:

1. How Do You Report Capital Gains On Schedule D?

2. What Is The Corresponding Journal Entry For The S-corp?

Is anyone out there with answer to ths question?
