Smile new homebuyer credit
I bought a house (North Carolina) in 2006 and sold the house in 2008 and move to Virginia (VA) I never own a house before 2006. I will buy a house in VA in Feb 2010. Am I qualified for the homebuyer credit (up to $6500 or $8000)?
