Education Credits

Both my daughter and I attend college in 2009 and both of us have received form 1098T. My husband and I claim her as a dependent on our taxes as she has no income and we are her sole source of financial support. Can I claim both mine and hers education credit per form 1098T?

Yes, you can claim both yourself and your daughter for the Education Tax Credit or Tuition deduction, whichever provides you with the maximum tax deduction.
