**In a co op hsg soc. in Mumbai, A flat is owned by a Private limited company Registered in West Bengal.

A director is staying in the flat with family.Both husband and wife are directors in this Pvt. Co.
my queries are :
1) Can director be treated as owner of flat as claimed by him.what is his status.
2) Has any voting rights of him.Can he contest Managing Commitee election and on which 3 latest category under 154 B of latest maharashtra givernment GR or others he / she can be admitted.
3)What are the Documents needed to admit him as Member.
4)Is Mamorandam and Articles of company requiers to spefically mention the buying of property in other state and purpose for it is purchased.
5) pl. inform relavant Sections of MCS and or Byelaws.
