Hi, i got my tax id on July/2010 to start selling cell phones online, since then i haven sold only one cell phone, i don't have money to spent in advertisment si i have used only free online classifieds. Well my question is since this is not working for me and since i don't have stock and this is something i was doing from home, can i go out of business after my first quarterly report which has to be filed this month? will this affect me someway?
