Going through a divorce...filed extension

I'm not sure where to put this question...My soon to be ex wife and I are filing "married filing separate", she's already filed this year and I filed an extension. I need help filing since I have no contact with her, I live in Texas, she lives in Colorado. She filed and claimed our two boys already, but I did send her money(not child support) for them in 2009 that was more than half her income. Can I claim either of my boys on my taxes or is it too late? Also I have no information on her income as far as how much she made etc... I know there's other stuff to Texas taxes and I'm at a loss for what/how to do it...
