Unhappy Does the S-Corp have to pay or file taxes?

If you have an S-Corp in Florida and you have not made any income, and have not invested any money into it with the exception of the Annual Report Fees, do you have to file taxes? Are you still supposed to pay taxes? What if the Corporation has been around for almost 5 years and has remained as above-No income and only the loss of the Annual Fees every year to date-and you have never filed taxes (due to no income)?
