C-Corp Life Insurance Premiums Paid

Was wondering if life insurance premiums paid by C-Corp on behave of the owners/they are employees of this c-corp also, are deductible

Unfortunately, life insurance premiums paid by a corporation are non-deductible items and as such are reported on Schedule M-1 as a non-deductible item.
