What are the Annual Gift Exclusions for 2008?
The Annual Gift Exclusions for 2007 and 2008 Tax Year is currently set at $12,000. The IRS has not changed the amount of exclusion for 2008, and there is no provision pending in Congress to increase this amount in 2008.

Correct. For 2009, the annual exclusion will most likely be $13,000.
