Wages earned outside of Oklahoma must be included in your Oklahoma return, Form 511, line 16; If you receive income for personal services from another state, you must report the full amount of such income on your Oklahoma return. As a full year resident of OK, you need to file your Kansas return as a nonresident of Kansas state on your Kansas income and you can claim your Kansas income tax credit on your home state return as a full year resident.
