- For Taxpayers who are age 51 to 60, can now deduct as much as $1,310 per person towards their Long Term Care Premiums.
- For Taxpayers who are age 41 to 50, can now deduct as much as $660 per person towards their Long Term Care Premiums.
- For Taxpayers who are age 40 or under an now deduct as much as 350.00 per person towards their Long Term Care Premiums.
In addition, the IRS has stated that the limit for "Tax Free Payouts" under the Long Term Care Policies increased to $310 per day.
