received w-2 and misc 10-99

My employer which i have been working for several years as store manager/plant manager. Iam salary and i always receive w-2. He informed me a couple of weeks ago that his property taxes went up on the house i was staying in part of last year. he was going to give me a 10-99 for 7400.00. i told him i was not responsible for his propery taxes and i no for a fact that his taxes and insurance are included in his mortage payment. i read all the paper when he purchased the house. he also has numerous other properties he rents out. so i told him no i would not accept it and he said well thats to bad. he left everyones w-2 for me to hand out in seperate envelopes and i had two one for w-2 and one for misc 10-99 for 3200.00 instead of 7400. iam upset and have had it with him.
