I guess you need to call the support line for the software company you used. when the rejection code is vague, like yours, the only way for you to see the problem is for the person who programmed the software to compare your return to the schema given by the government. Once the person takes a look at your return, of will take 30 seconds to see the problem. Be aware that the person on the phone is probably just a support rep who hasn’t been trained on this, he or she will probably have to call you back after the programmer/analyst takes a look at it. |
