2441 e-file rejected but why

I tried to e-file yesterday but was rejected due to an issue with form 2441 child/dependent care expenses. Below was the explanation from the email but I do not understand what specifically is wrong. Can someone explain? Thanks in advance.

"The IRS has rejected your federal return. This means that your return has not been filed.

Here's the reason for the rejection:

Field/Xpath: /efile:Return[1]/efile:ReturnData[1]/efile:IRS2441[1]/efile:CareProviderGrp[1]/efile:USAddress[1]
Issue : Business Rule X0000-005 - The XML data has failed schema validation."

I guess you need to call the support line for the software company you used. when the rejection code is vague, like yours, the only way for you to see the problem is for the person who programmed the software to compare your return to the schema given by the government. Once the person takes a look at your return, of will take 30 seconds to see the problem. Be aware that the person on the phone is probably just a support rep who hasn’t been trained on this, he or she will probably have to call you back after the programmer/analyst takes a look at it.
