What is the Deduction Limit for Qualified Conservation Contributions?

The IRS has established a rule for a deduction for qualified conservation contributions (QCCs), and this rule is that the deductions are limited to 50% of taxpayers adjusted gross income minus deduction's for all other charitable contributions.

The Taxpayer can carry over any contributions that are not deductible for 2007 because of the impositions of various limit.
