Question schedule C help?

I am an independent consultant (I have parties at houses and sell chocolate products). I need help with what business code I need to use on schedule C. I do not think it is direct selling because you (as the customer have to order product). I do not have product on hand, just product for tasting.
Also, the product supplies I have bought in order to preform my duties I believe is deductible. Do I put this amount under supplies? Please help!

#2;correct as part of your biz operating expenses Sch C line as supplies exp; Biz expenses are the cost of carrying on a business. These expenses are usually deductible if the business is operated to make a profit. To be deductible, your biz expense must be both ordinary and necessary. An ordinary expense is one that is common and accepted in your biz. A necessary expense is one that is helpful and appropriate for your biz. An expense does not have to be indispensable to be considered necessary.
